Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the Rise of Whitethrone, your sample gameplay and helper here on Grand Campaign. This game will inlcude a full three years of game time between 2 Houses: our heroes, Whitethrone and the villains, Redshade. The location is completely fictional, and so is the rest... but this should help you understand how everything works. Notes for you guys are in GREEN

CHAPTER I: LANDING
(We've already done this)

I, Master Gladius, high ruler and lord sovereign of House Whitethrone have been sailing these dark seas for over two months. The men are weary, the women sick... and I fear for the children... but what's this... a glimmer of hope! 'Tis true! Land at last!

HOUSE WHITETHRONE LANDS IN THE REGION OF FAIRMARCH

As I land upon these new shores, dreams of a new empire of greatness and prosperity beckon like a beacon of hope!

CHARACTER
GLADIUS MOUNTEBANK: A proud noble Lord, Gladius Mountebank believes in egality, freedom and coexistence. He has +9 Lead, Administrate and Warcraft (maximum possible at level 5)

YEAR 1: TURN 1
(This is technically turn 0 as they have no attitude, income or expenses yet)

ACTION 1
As the first month on this new land passes, our achievements have been small but valuable in our continued survival. Though the region is still very wild and untamed (this means the Region is level 1 like you guys), the founding of our first hamlet, known as Agmond's Field, so named after a brave man who died at the hands of bandits defending his land!
CREATE LAW HOLDING: COST 1GB (Agmond's Field, no income yet as it is still LEVEL 0)

ACTION 2
As the second month fades away, we bless our Holy Lord above for the bountiful lands he has yielded for us and the relative peace it has been as we took great pains in settling more of the Fairmarch, making sure it becomes safe to tread its boundaries.
RULE PROVINCE: COST 1GB (Fairmarch becomes LEVEL 2)

ACTION 3
After having calmed our fair lands, we decided it was time to expand Agmond's Field into a true village. This took up most of the month in hard work, repairs and expansion.
RULE HOLDING: COST 1GB (Agmond's Field becomes LEVEL 1, making it give a 1GB income/turn)

YEAR 1, TURN 2 (Summer)

ATTITUDE
As Spring fades smoothly away into the warmer times of Summer, my people still see me the same as they always did... with no more love yet no more hate than before.
(ROLL 1d20: 5 (+2 for having all the Law Holdings in Fairmarch) for a total of 7, leaving the attitude at indifferent.)

INCOME
My authority has not been tarnsihed nor used in the past season.
1 RP Gain (Law) and 1 RP (Province), yet already at maximum...

The village of Agmond's Field has prospered and managed to produce enough supplies to keep us going one season more.
1/3 GB (Law Holding) + 2 GB (province) for a total of 2 and 1/3 GB, putting us back at 24 and 1/3 GB... near where we started!

UPKEEP
Seeing as a Court and Army for our region has not yet been selected, though I shall correct this in the days ahead, our coffers remain untouched, apart from last season's expenses, this season.
3 GB EXPENSES, no Upkeep

ACTION 1
As our region suffers slightly from not having a sufficient Court, I have decided to establish the Whitethrone Court in Fairmarch.
DECREE: COURT LEVEL INCREASED, COST 1 GB (Court Level 1)

ACTION 2
Though the summer has begun getting much warmer, the region of Fairmarch and the members of House Whitethrone have focused on the continued financing of Agmond's Field, the only completely thriving settlement.
RULE HOLDING, COST 1GB (Agmond's field now level 2)

ACTION 3
After the second month of summer ended, with Agmond's Field surviving better than ever, we decided to reinforce the laws in Fairmarch and promote the construction of small farms throughout the region.
RULE PROVINCE, COST 1 GB (Province level 3)

END OF TURN 2
Now, some of you might be wondering... but what about EVENTS and WAR!!?? Well don't worry that's coming up... The first year is about creating a STRONG, SOLID Region. Year 2 will be about developing the region with constructions, trade routes and the like (with some events) while Year 3 will be warfare time... ok?
